Delivery

General Terms:

• Minimum Order Value:
  1 or more products minimum order value must be met to qualify for free delivery within the local area. 

• Local Areas:
  Mossel Bay • George • Hartenbos • Great Brak River • Klein Brak River • Herbertsdale • Dana Bay • Boggoms Bay • Friemersheim

• Accessibility:
  Customers are responsible for ensuring easy access for delivery, including clearing pathways and ensuring the item fits through doors, windows, or in lifts. 

• Installation:
  May exclude installation services from delivery, requiring customers to handle setup. 

• Unpacking and Removal:
  Unpacking, removing packaging, and rearranging furniture are also excluded. 

• Changes:
  Changes to delivery addresses or requirements can lead to additional charges. 

2. Payment and Timing:

• Payment:
  Full payment is usually required before delivery, often with verification processes. 

• Lead Times:
  Production and delivery times for local areas is approximately 5 - 7 working days and areas outside having longer lead times. 

• Estimated Dates:
  While Woodsaw will try to meet estimated delivery dates, delays may occur, and are not always a breach of contract.

3. Liability and Risk:

• Risk:
  Risk in the goods typically transfers to the customer upon delivery. 

• Damages:
  Customers are responsible for inspecting goods upon delivery and reporting any damages or defects within a specified timeframe. 

• Incorrect Details:
  Woodsaw is not liable for incorrect delivery details provided by the customer. 

• Unauthorised Acceptance:
  Woodsaw is not responsible for deliveries accepted by unauthorized persons at the delivery address. 

4. Additional Considerations:

• Special Order Goods: Custom or bespoke items may be considered "special order goods" and may not be returnable. 

• Natural Materials: Wood is a natural product, and variations in color and grain are normal.
